Who can wear your jewelry?
My "crests" - headcrests, nosecrests, etc. - are made to describe and honor (meta)physical aspects of Blackness, and are intended to be worn specifically on Black bodies. Jewelry that is not denoted by the word "crest" is intended to be worn by all.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Items will generally be shipped within 7-10 business days, depending on the type of order.
For custom orders, it could take me a couple of days or a couple of weeks to make one item. I will let you know at the beginning of the process what the estimated timeframe is. If you order multiple items, it may take longer than if you just order one. If business is quiet it may be quick, if I am very busy it may not.
What is the warranty for my purchase?
I stand behind the quality of my jewelry with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — an expression of my desire for my work to accompany you for a lifetime. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from BLACKMARZIAN or associated retailers, and subject to applicable laws.
Note that you will be expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty term: failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and alteration of the color such as subtle color changes to the plating, etc. and failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake. In the event your item required for warranty has been discontinued or sold out, a credit code will be offered for the value paid on original purchase, to be used towards a new replacement purchase of another item and subject to approval. I will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which I suspect to be fraudulent.

What do I do if I'd like to return something?
All US orders can be easily returned with a prepaid shipping label. It's free for the first thirty days from purchase! If you've changed your mind about an order, just contact me and I'll send you a label. If you are outside of the US, please contact me by email to arrange a return.
